Radico Khaitan names Dilip K. Banthiya as Executive Director

Dilip Kumar Banthiya, Chief Financial Officer of Radico Khaitan Limited, has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director and CFO. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, international fundraising, equity offerings, treasury and risk management.
