Speculations rife again over PM Modi's cabinet reshuffle

Political circles are again abuzz with speculations about a Union Cabinet reshuffle or reallocation of portfolios. With around 40% of ministers reportedly handling multiple portfolios, chances are that some of the ministers would be unburdened with the additional portfolios. There is a chatter that Hardeep Singh Puri may likely be moved out of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. The exclusion of Puri and Verma, are being interpreted as potentially relevant to a future ministerial restructuring.
