Immigration process becomes paperless with no additional stamping

The Bureau of Immigration, under MHA, began the transition whereby departing international passengers no longer require the traditional physical boarding-pass stamping at immigration. The change effective from September 1, is part of a broader digitisation-automation trend in immigration processing.
