Ex-Lehman Brothers MD Devesh Bhargava joins Globus Constructors & Developers board

Devesh Bhargava has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Globus Constructors & Developers Limited, while Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair has resigned from the same position. Bhargava, an IIT Roorkee graduate and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, is associated with DBR Credit Capital, which specialises in corporate restructuring and turnaround management. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income/SSG India at Lehman Brothers and has also held senior positions at Bank of America and ING.
