Charges allocated among Members of CBIC UPDATED

Consequent upon appointment of Mayank Kumar as Member, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), charges have been allocated among Members of CBIC. Surjit Bhujabal, Member (Compliance Management) will hold charge pf DG of Revenue Intelligence; DG of GST Intelligence; DG of Analytics & Risk Management; DG of Audit and Commissioner (PAC).Mohan Kumar Singh, Member (IT) has been assigned charge of DG of Systems & Data Management and Directorate of Logistics. Yogendra Garg, Member (Customs), will handle responsibility of DG of Export Promotion; DG of Valuation; Authority for Advance Ruling; Central Revenue Control Laboratories and Directorate of International Customs. Likewise, Abhai Kumar Srivsastava, Member (Administration & Vigilance), gets charge of DG of NACIN; DG of Vigilance; DG of HRD and DG of Performance Management. Sanjay Mangal, Member (GST, Central Excise, Service Tax & Tax Policy), was assigned charge of DG of GST and DG of Anti-Profiteering. Mayank Kumar, Legal & Taxpayer Service. has been assigned charge of Chief Commissioner (AR), CESTAT; Directorate of Legal Affairs and DG of Taxpayer Services.
