Who will be the new Secretary Defence?

There is a buzz in the corridors of power that Secretary Defence R K Singh is being given extension in service on November 1. In case 1989 batch IAS officer Singh is not given extension either an IAS officer from Keralam or Madhya Pradesh cadre will be made new Secretary Defence.
