Vivek Bhatia appointed as Director, Youth Affairs

Vivek Bhatia has been appointed as Director, Department of Youth Affairs, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years. He is a 2011 batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre.
