TMT (India) Ltd appoints Mitesh Kothari as CMD

Mitesh Kothari has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director (Additional Director) of TMT (India) Limited. Alongside, Shakti Tiwari and Jigna Rajiv Shah have been appointed as Additional Executive Directors, while Rahul Visaria, Deepak Gandhi and Pradeep Kumar have been appointed as Additional Independent Directors of the company.

Separately, Tumsalam Gooty Veera Prasad has resigned as Managing Director and Director with immediate effect. Further, Ms. Sunitha Markonda and Mahipal Reddy Saddi have resigned as Independent Directors, while Bhim Shankaram Kanda has resigned as Director (Professional), all with effect from August 20, 2026.
