Sanjay Yadav joins IndiaNivesh board as Ind. Director

Sanjay Ramdhari Yadav has been appointed Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of IndiaNivesh Limited. Meanwhile, Jagdish Prasad Ridhkaran Pareek has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
