Salary/Pension to Central govt staff to be disbursed on Sept 25

According to the Controller General of Accounts' Office Memorandum, dated September 24,2036 in view of the proposed three-day nationwide bank strike from September 28, 2026 to September 30, 2026, all Pr. CCAs/CCAs/CA's with independent charge, are advised to issue necessary instruction to all the field PAOs/CDDOs to upload Salary, Wages/Pension payment files of Central Government Employees with NPB date as Sept 25, 2026 and ensure that same reaches to the banks in time bound manner.
