Reliance Chemotex retains Sanjiv Shroff as MD

Sanjiv Shroff has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Reliance Chemotex Industries Limited with effect from September 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Ameya Shroff has been re-appointed as Executive Director, designated as Whole-Time Director, while Vijay Kumar Nagar has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
