Railways post Dinesh Vashishtha as ED (Efficiency & Research), Railway Board

Dinesh Kumar Vashishtha, who is presently serving as Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Works) [CSTE(W)], Western Railway (WR), has been transferred to the Railway Board and posted as Executive Director (Efficiency & Research). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
