PMO's performance review at PRAGATI mee made bureaucrats lose New Year cheers?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a PRAGATI review meeting to assess the progress of five key infrastructure projects spread across five states, with a cumulative investment exceeding ₹40,000 crore. Emphasizing his PRAGATI mantra — Reform to Simplify, Perform to Deliver, Transform to Impact — the Prime Minister reiterated that sustained reform momentum depends on timely project execution. He underlined that several long-pending projects have been completed in the national interest due to constant monitoring. However, sources indicate that the intense review may have cast a shadow over the New Year mood for some senior bureaucrats, as heightened scrutiny and tough performance evaluations left a few officials unsettled amid renewed emphasis on accountability and delivery within the administration.

Nitin Nabin  allotted residence just next to Home Minister's Bungalow!

BJP’s newly appointed national working president, Nitin Nabin, has been allotted an official residence in Lutyens’ Delhi — Bungalow No. 9 on Sunehri Bagh Road. The location is notable as it lies adjacent to the Home Minister’s bungalow, a detail that underscores his growing influence and proximity to the party’s top leadership. The allotment is being read within political circles as a signal of Nabin’s rising stature within the BJP’s central hierarchy, marking his transition from Bihar politics to a more prominent national role within the party’s organizational structure.
