No Chinese J-35 Jets for Pakistan on India’s request, cites Japanese Defence sources?

According to reports cited by Japanese defence sources, China has agreed to postpone the sale of its J-35 stealth fighter jets to Pakistan by approximately three to four years, following quiet diplomatic outreach from New Delhi. The alleged deferral marks a significant shift in regional dynamics, given that the J-35—Beijing’s fifth-generation aircraft—was set to become Islamabad’s most advanced combat platform yet. Japanese analysts familiar with Indo-Pacific security matters say the delay emerged after India raised strategic concerns over the rapid militarisation of Pakistan with next-generation Chinese hardware. Tokyo-based defence commentators also note that Beijing faces internal hesitations, particularly regarding the fighter’s sensitive stealth technology and Pakistan’s continued defence alignment with the United States, raising fears of potential technology leakage. As a result, exports to Pakistan are now expected only by the end of this decade, once China completes full domestic induction and broader security vetting.
 
High command will not allow ‘November revolt’ in Congress?

In Karnataka, as the deadline of pact of two-and-half years after Vidhan Sabha polls is nearing on November 20, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is said to have drawn a strategy to propose the creation of two more Deputy Chief Minister posts. The DCM DK Shivakumar is said to have been assured by the Congress highcommand of elevating to the post of CM after two-and-a-half years. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah  is scheduled to be in New Delhi on November 14 on a three-day visit, when the Bihar poll results are out. It is to be reminded that the DCM Shivakumar is using pressure tactics and trying to remind the top party leaders of the power-sharing pact. ‘Since Siddaramaiah, LoP Rahul Gandhi and AICC General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal are aligned, they are not likely to accede to pressure tactics’, said a Congress leader. According to him, there will be no ‘November revolt’ in the party.
