Will Bihar have BJP CM ?

Although it is settled among the NDA allies that after elections Nitish Kumar will again be the Chief Minister, political observers do not rule out the possibility of BJP’s Chief Minister  after the results are announced. In case, there is a BJP CM, the person to be chosen for the post will certainly be a new face.

Washington Post has lost its charm in India’s elite circles?

Once an emblem of fearless journalism that brought down a U.S. president through its Watergate exposé, The Washington Post today faces an acute credibility crisis in India. Its recent reporting on India’s economic and political affairs, particularly a claim that the government planned a $3.9 billion infusion into Adani Group via LIC, has drawn fierce backlash for relying on anonymous sources and partial documents without verifiable proof. Indian institutions swiftly dismissed the allegations as false and misleading, while social media users labeled the story another “hit job.” The mounting criticism reflects a broader perception that the newspaper has slipped from investigative rigor into geopolitical bias, unable to grasp a self-assured India narrating its own economic success. With repeated corrections and controversies in recent years, many Indian policymakers and journalists now view The Washington Post with skepticism, preferring outlets that reflect greater factual integrity and balance.
