Ashok R. Malhotra has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of Panchmahal Steel Limited with effect from April 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Ms. Suchita Shah has been recommended for continuation as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
