No precedent of Education Ministers resigning over paper leaks in the past

Exams paper leak is not a new phenomenon in India. Almost every big state has faced this problem but Education Ministers have never owned up responsibility and stepped down. In UP , State PSC papers were reportedly leaked in 2011 and 2015. In 2012 INPSC papers leaked. In Rajasthan REET papers were allegedly leaked in 2015 and in 2023 Rajasthan SI recruitment exams were also said to have been  leaked. These are a few examples but neither the CM or the Education Minister resigned.
