Marlapati Abhinav moves to South Coast Railway

Dr. Marlapati Abhinav, who is presently posted in Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to South Coast Railway (SCoR) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
