Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari appointed Acting CJ, Uttarakhand HC UPDATED

Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from October 9, 2026, consequent upon the retirement of Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta, Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court, on October 8, 2026.
