Jindal Photo Ltd re-appoints Manoj Kumar Rastogi as MD

Manoj Kumar Rastogi has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Jindal Photo Limited for another term. Meanwhile, Apurva S. Diwanji has been appointed as Independent Director of the company with effect from May 18, 2026.
