J&K Chief Secretary to get one year extension?
If J&K LG Manoj Sinha agrees, in all probability J&K Chief Secretary Atal Dullu will get a one-year extension on November 1. He is 1989 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre. One can wait and watch.
