ISRO’s first success in 2026 with GSLV launch of EOS 5 gives it breathing space
The successful September 4 EOS-05 mission has come as a major relief after the recent PSLV setbacks. The GSLV-II, once nicknamed “Naughty Boy”, delivered a major success, the first for ISRO in the year 2026, placed the satellite in geo-synchronous orbit making it a landmark achievement for observation and security matters.
