interim charge likely for MD, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India

The tenure of Praveen Kumar, IRSE, Managing Director, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL), ends on September 30, 2026, on his superannuation. With the PESB interview for his successor yet to be held, an interim arrangement is likely from October 1. The Railway Ministry is expected to entrust additional charge to a senior serving railway or DFCCIL officer until a regular MD is appointed. The name of the officer is yet to be officially confirmed.
