Govt meet to finalise borrowing prog

The government is expected to meet on September 25 to finalise its October–March borrowing programme. About ₹7.79 trillion had been raised against the full-year ₹16.09-trillion target, leaving roughly ₹7.96 trillion for the second half, subject to the final calendar.
