Govt appoints Gyanesh Bharti as Chief Secretary Andaman & Nicobar

After repatriation from the central deputation Gyanesh Bharti has been appointed Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar. He is 1998 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
