Fresh term for TC Suseel Kumar as PCBL Chemical NE Director

TC Suseel Kumar has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of PCBL Chemical Limited, commencing October 27, 2026. Kumar retired as Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) in January 2021 after a four-decade career, during which he held senior positions across marketing, finance, human resources, investments and corporate governance, besides overseeing LIC’s overseas operations in Mauritius. He has also served on the boards of several companies, including Axis Bank, Bombay Stock Exchange and Manappuram Finance, and continues to serve as an independent director on the boards of PCBL Chemical, Firstsource Solutions, TVS Credit Services and LIC Housing Finance.
