CAT issues notice to big bosses in ED officer's promotion case

Principal Bench of CAT, New Delhi, served notice to Cabinet Secretary, Director, ED, DOPT, Secretary & Revenue Secretary in Dr Sonali Badhe, Dy Legal Advisor, ED, matter related to her promotion & asked all to submit relevant documents by Sept 23.
