Board level changes at Sambandam Spinning Mills

S. Bhaskaran, who is serving as Non-Executive - Independent Director of Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited, has been re-appointed for a second term on the Board with effect from August 14, 2026. Meanwhile, TCA Srinivasa Prasad and S. Prakash have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Separately, Dr. V. Sekar and D. Balasundaram have completed their final terms as Non-Executive Independent Directors and ceased to hold office.
