Board-level changes at Linaks Microelectronics Ltd

Ms. Anu Shukla, Ms. Vedangi Singh and Aman Bajpai have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Linaks Microelectronics Limited. Meanwhile, Prakash Chandra Srivastava and Ms. Komilla Singh have ceased to be Independent Directors of the company.
