Alpeshkumar P Vaghela shifts to South Eastern Railway

Alpeshkumar P Vaghela, who is returning from deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), has been posted to South Eastern Railway (SER) in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
