Agarwal, Sheth re-appointed on HP Cotton Textile Mills Board

Raghavkumar Agarwal has been re-appointed as a Director of HP Cotton Textile Mills Limited. Meanwhile, Vikram Sumatilal Sheth has been re-appointed as an Independent Director with effect from April 30, 2027.
