After more than a year, retd IRS officer's Non-Functional Selection Grade orders issued

Rakesh Agrawal retired as Additional Commissioner and he was granted Non-Functional Selection Grade (NFSG) w.e.f April 1; 2025, But his related order was issued on Oct 5, 2026 on regular basis. He is a 2012 batch IRS (C&IT) officer.
