ACME Solar Holdings appoints Nikhil Dhingra Joint MD

Nikhil Dhingra has been appointed as Joint Managing Director of ACME Solar Holdings Limited with effect from October 3, 2026. An alumnus of NIT Kurukshetra and IIM Bangalore, he has over 21 years of experience across infrastructure, renewable energy, investment banking, consulting and technology, including leadership roles as CEO at Oriental Tollways and ACME Solar Holdings, alongside key stints at ICICI Securities, PwC, Infosys, and SAP Labs.
