Only Ratan Tata is a match to Trump because of his clean image. Honest people always get honour in Indian society.

Conscience call for Congresspersons : Rise above and beyond susceptibility to BJP control, Save Indian Democracy.
Our party has once again failed to guarantee probity during a State Assembly general election, viz, Karnataka Vidhan Sabha Elections. We have failed to protect the votes that our loyalists caste in our favour. How do we expect the people to trust our party to protect them, if we cannot even protect the votes that they cast in our favour.
Time after time, since the Lok Sabha elections in 2014, we have seen elections and election results being stolen. Strangely our party has always accepted these glaringly obvious stolen results with pronouncements from the highest levels; this despite the fact that these pronouncements do not find any echo amongst thinking Congresspersons across the country.
Voters representing the total Booth have in several cases contacted the Congress Party expressing their willingness to sign affidavits that they did not vote for the BJP as was registered during the EVM vote outcome, but our party failed to react. Instead, the highest functionaries of the Congress organisation formally conceded defeat after the 2014 election, and ever so many State elections amongst them Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, both states where expectation of our victory was writ large, even as the official results denied this reality.
Why does our party repeatedly keep throwing-in the towel? What insurmountable exigencies make the Congress leadership accept defeat at the last strategic moment, rather than fight for the truth?
We learn that the last Congress Chief Minister of Assam offered the EVM explanation during an Election Result review meeting with the Party High Command in 2014, but was dissuaded from pursuing that line; even more strangely, he agreed !
Inner party autocracy in the Congress Party has been serving the Autocratic System Takeover by the BJP in these last four years; no wonder this state of intra-party autocracy has the support of the government machinery and the Election Commission.
The big question before the nation is whether the BJP has overplayed its EVM hand in Karnataka?
In Chief Minister Siddharamaiah, the Outsider, who embraced Congressism and functioned so well in the interest of core Congress agendas and beliefs, one hopes to see the flame of traditional Congress commitment to fight to keep Democracy alive. Regardless of whether or not the High Command allows, the entire rank and file of the Congress Party is committed to supporting the leader who stands up to fight for Democracy.

Irony of the Country
Banking industry is the backbone of economic growth of any country. We have witnessed in 2008 slow down due to sub-prime lending. In our country also NPA of banks is increasing particularly in PSU banks where Govt. stake is involved. Now banks employees are threatening to go on strike from May 30, 2018 for wage settlement and wants higher wages as per media report. This is irony of the country, banks are loosing money as their NPA is increasing for which banks employees are responsible starting from lower staff to management . Instead of reducing NPA and working for the betterment of banks, they are planning of strike. This happens only in our country where you do not produce positive results but ask for the higher salary. This is not only with banking sector but other public sectors also.

Only Ratan Tata can be Trump of India because of his acceptability. No hanky-panky in this group .

RTI Act has become toothless
It is very common on the part of the public authorities to claim that they have not even received the application or have misplaced it. The RTI Act has become toothless to act against such persons. The intention may have been good, but the action on field shows that the implementation on field has been poor. It is apparent that stronger action needs to be taken against the erring officials. The training given to the staff is not proper and should be strengthened.

The colonial mindset is still on. Police has been made subservient not only to the politicians but the IAS (who used be be Brits only). This slave mentality needs a complete overhaul.

Can Somebody Stop This MISCHIEF?
Can the judiciary be held to ransom by a group of lawyers, on their own or in collusion with some judge/s? How come they choose the Bench of a judge of their choice, dictate their petition be heard on priority depriving citizens of justice guaranteed by the Constitution? Is it how the Constitution should be interpreted? Is the whole justice delivery system a kind of feudal privilege of a few or every citizen? Can these habitual nuisance makers be allowed to go on gaily to indulge in mischief with impunity? It happens only because the law about mischief remains clouded in the media hype of the damaging bits of the petition filed by them. It is time to draw civil society attention towards the legal definition of mischief so that they stop a group of politically motivated lawyers from exploiting the administration of justice by intimidating judges, as they have done to civil administration. The crime graph in the country has been rising because the civil/police administration stands totally crippled by these politicians. The essential ingredients of mischief are as follows— (1) Intention or knowledge of the likelihood to cause wrongful loss or damage to the public or to any person. (2) Causing the destruction of some property or any change in it or in its situation; and (3) Such destruction or change must destroy or diminish its value.

DEBATE (2)
“PM Modi is his own substitute as PM after 2019 General elections”. But, Rahul Gandhi has already declared himself as PM after 2019 General elections.

DEBATE (2)
I feel two candidates against each other in 2019 is the best approach. Opposition must unite so that votes are not divided. Leader might emerge or may be Modi will lead with fractured mandate with a healthy opposition. Opposition must be have in the interest of democracy.

2019 general elections will spring surprises
Neither good oratory nor boasting of past contributions will pay. People will critically analyse four years governance/achievements on the ground vis_a_vis pictures painted on television shows. Lack of trust, between executive, legislature and judiciary will definitely be in the minds of public at the time of voting.

“Impeachment Conundrum”
The impeachment motion of the Congress party targeting CJI, was rejected by the Vice President on ground of unproven misconduct of the CJI. It was held that allegations pertain to period when the CJI was either in private practice or holding a junior position. Two Congress MPs petitioned the Supreme court on May 7,2018 contesting Vice President’s rejection of impeachment notice, calling it arbitrary and illegal.
Situation took a dramatic turn on May 8,2018 when the petitioners’ lawyer withdrew impeachment plea challenging constitution of 5-judge bench of Supreme court while insisting to get a copy of judicial order from the Bench. Shocking high drama followed after the lawyer failed to justify the petition against the CJI.
Unprecedented, unpardonable misconduct.
Let the Top court initiate contempt proceedings against all concerned for filing a politically motivated plea and casting aspersions on the CJI alleging unproven misconduct.
The Congress is on the backfoot. But, introspect on some interesting possibilities:--
(a) Whether petition's withdrawal would set the judicial crisis and controversy at rest ? Perhaps, not,if the Congress leaders' naivete , arrogance and aggression are any indication. They are hell-bent
(b) What will happen ,if, the congress party ill-advised by its legal foot soldiers decide make all its MPs in Rajya Sabha as petitioners?;
(c) Will taking recourse to RTI route for getting a copy of " administrative order”,if any, issued by SC's Registrar General help particularly as it impinges on the internal functioning of the Apex court. This needs to be checked.
Let the legal eagles deliberate on the contentious issues and give their opinions to satisfy public curiosity.

DEBATE (1)
As on date, none. This is based on the premise that the voter does not foresee better candidate in place of existing one. So he/she would like status quo position. The position could be different if the present establishment does not shun its denial mode of every failure or under performance vis a vis its manifesto put forward in 2014.

DEBATE (1)
There is no substitute of Narendra Modi till the time he decides to be in politics and to my guess he will surprise the country by leaving by his own before he actually needs to retire which no other politician dare to do till now.
Now the Question is who is next. I think Indian politics is heading towards institutionalization, so when ideology rules then anyone can head but the process itself will create new leaders but it will be from right wing only for sure. As of now no names.
Bhupendra
DEBATE (2)
Time will decide. There was a time when Indira was India and India was Indira. Also, when India was shining. Now, Modi is BJP and BJP is Modi. In 2019, the Time will spring surprises. There is a saying - those who fall, rise again and those who rise, are sure to fall one day. This is the law of nature.

Manik Sarkar and Tripura
"Tripura’s former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has assiduously built up his image as an honest politician in the country. The recent letter written by him to the State government to provide him a SUV vehicle, asking for a residential accommodation befitting his stature and to appoint his former staff has not been relished by the media and people of Tripura. Together with this, a recent article on Tripura elections in the English national newspaper ”Pioneer” by one of the Tripura cadre officer Dr VK Bahuguna had exposed the chinks in Communist rule. Dr Bahuguna who had a wide ranging experience of work in both the Central and State government in different departments knew well the mechanizations of Sarkar. His article has created a ripple and is being discussed in the corridors of powers. Hope the new regime and Sunil Deodhar - architect of BJP’s Tripura victory reads this article and acts on the suggestions. Dr Bahuguna resigned from his post retirement job when he found that his action to check the organized loot in the agriculture and other departments has not yielded any results and the officers are being treated as mere pawn."

Ironies of life
Indira Gandhi had two sons 1. One was interested to govern but he died flying a plane. 2. The other was fond of flying but died governing. Indira Gandhi had two daughters in law 1. One was interested in rearing monkeys but is in government. 2. The other was interested in governing but is rearing a --. For fun only. No politics
