Saurabh Kumar appointed as Secretary East in MEA
The ACC has approved the appointment of Saurabh Kumar, Ambassador of India, Yangon, as Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs vice Ms Riva Ganguly Das upon her superannuation on December 31. He is a 1989 batch IFS officer.
