Corporation Bank MD & CEO P V Bharathi has been denied extension in service. She retired from service on March 31, 2020.There were speculations earlier that she may get six month's extension as Corporation Bank was merging with Union Bank of India on April 1, 2020 and her services might be required in some other capacity to formalize the merger process.
