The Ship Cargo Manifest and Tran shipment Regulations (SCMTR), 2018 will come into effect from August 2019.This will bring  a paradigm shift in the way the manifest declarations are currently made and cast a huge responsibility on various stakeholders involved in the movement of Cargo and Advance declarations.
