Shalabh Goel, an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer, has been permanently absorbed as Managing Director (MD), National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) with effect from April 24, 2026, and is deemed to have retired from Railway service from the same date.
