Brij Bhushan Singh Tomar, who is presently working as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) (Construction)- II in Northern Railway (NR), has been appointed as CAO (C) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
