Atul Vinayak Pai has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Managing Director of Honeywell Automation India Limited. He succeeds Ashish Gaikwad, who has resigned from the position. Gaikwad is assuming a broader responsibility as the India Leader for Industrial Automation within a strategic business group at Honeywell International Inc.
