G. Balasubramanian appointed High Commissioner to Nigeria (UPDATED)
G Balasubramanian, presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is a 1988 batch IFS officer.
