Two officers have been appointed after returning from deputation in Bihar. Dilip Kumar, IRTS officer who was awaiting posting, has been given the responsibility of Special Secretary, Industries Department, while IRSS officer Sunny Sinha was posted as Additional Secretary, Transport Department.
