NCERT conducts raids
NCERT has said that its Vigilance section is constantly conducting raids against piracy of NCERT books. 60 such raids were conducted in 2019 & 2020. In regarding to Meerut case, the NCERT has filed FIR against the accused and taking suitable action. NCERT books are watermarked with the Logo and are available through out the year. Raids were conducted at Meerut, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ghazipur, Ludhiana, Udhampur, Sonipat, Bangaluru and various locations in Delhi.
