The appointment of Tilak Raj as Non-Executive Independent Director of AMD Industries Limited has been regularised.  Subhash Chander Dua has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.  Prabhat Krishna has ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Director as his tenure has come to an end.
