NFU for HAG due

NFU for HAG for all Group A services (of 1988 batch) is due from 09.04.2019 as IAS of 1990 batch have been promoted as Additional secretary wef 09.04.2019. DOPT is not issuing orders for reasons best known to them. Are they contemplating withdrawal ? Even if it is withdrawn will it be from back date ? Totally unclear.

Strange concept of seniority !

It is rather strange concept of seniority. One is on post retirement assignment, where seniority should not be a criterion, while the other is a serving Civil Servant. Therefore, the present parity should continue.
