Nina Singh, IPS, 1989 batch Rajasthan cadre, has co-authored two research papers with Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo, MIT Professors and Nobel laureates for Economics this year. These papers relate to “Police Reforms and Evidence Based Policing” in the context of Rajasthan. These research initiatives were spread over more than 150 police stations across Rajasthan, and was carried out over a period of four years.
