In Delhi, ATS Chiefs conference was to be inaugurated by the Home Minister Amit Shah but due to certain reasons he could not make it. In such a situation Ajit Doval, NSA, was requested for inaugural speech. He mentioned this in his speech. NIA, the organiser of the conference, invited NSA for second day. G. Kishan Reddy, MoS Home also attended the conference but he did not deliver a single word. What was the reason behind this ? Only Organizers can throw some light.
