An IAS officer of 1995 batch  of J & K cadre Rohit Kansal was very active on Monday in Srinagar. He was seen moving around  to tell people that everything is normal in the city. Kansal who was once Divisional Commissioner Srinagar   was even seen on the TV Channels  to tell the residents that see the reality and do not go by rumours. Incidentally,  Kansal was the Principal Secretary to the former CM Mufti Mehbooba and also used to be PS to the then Union Minister Farooq Abdullah.
