500 Joint Secretary level officers yet to get postings in GoI
Around 500 officers of various all India Services, empanelled as Joint Secretaries in Government of India, are seeking jobs at Joint Secretary level for a long time. Incidentally, there are only 90 IAS officers at the Centre serving at JS-level as against about 350 posts.
