Similarly, Rakesh Singh has been appointed as PS to Medical Education; Dr N Manjula as Commissioner, Bengaluru Development Authority, Bengaluru with additional charge of Collegiate Education; Mrs Priyanka Mary Francis as Director, Information Technology & Bio-Technology; Dr V Ram Prasath Manohar as Commissioner, Employment and Training; G C Vrushabendra Murthy as commissioner, Sericulture Development & Sericulture Director, Bengaluru and K Yalakkigowda has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Mandya.
